Kitron is currently looking for a Junior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, who is going to join an Electronics Sourcing Team of 10 co-workers located in Kaunas. The main responsibility in this role is to work on various technical tasks related with sourcing activities and cooperation with suppliers.

Job Description:

• Extraction and preparation of daily and weekly reports related to department activities and main KPIs
• Information upload to the system and internal database
• Detailed analysis of customer material lists; selection of correct manufacturers and part numbers for quoting
• Quoting with suppliers via online quoting platform; quotes preparation and evaluation
• Continuous assurance of data hygiene and routine tasks
• Other technical tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Education at relevant university level within supply chain, planning or engineering
• Analytical, structured way of thinking
• Strong excel and general good computer skills
• Ability to timely manage daily tasks
• Good English skills both oral and written
