Kitron is currently looking for a Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of selling B2B in Finland. The primary responsibility in this role is to expand business opportunities in Finland's EMS or electronics space. This is a global role, the work location could be any country in Europe, where Kitron Group operates, or other countries like Finland, Estonia, or Latvia.
Create and implement effective business development strategies for the Finland market to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Monitor market trends and stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape.
Prepare sales forecasts for a new business that is within the scope of the role. Support local customer management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure fluent coordination and alignment of business development activities.
Be compliant with Kitron procedures, work regulations and the Kitron Code of Conduct.
Proven track record of B2B sales experience in Finland (preferably in the EMS or electronics industry).
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or related field required (lack of formal education may be replaced by relevant work experience).
Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Finnish and/or Swedish language skills would be a great advantage.
Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, organization, and analytical skills with a focus on actions and outcomes.
Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
