Explore and develop a Framework for building effective Business Plans for different Customer Groups (Industry, Medicine, Telecom, etc.) in allocated Countries and ensure that Profitable Business Relations with Customers are built and maintained.
Collects, monitors, and analyses market data in the allocated countries to provide Management with supportive data for decision-making, and generate new sales opportunities.
Work out a winning strategy and organize relevant resources to operate and manage sales projects and tenders.
Develop customer questionnaires, and analyze Customer Satisfaction/ Regular Issues. Agrees on the Improvements to be done and ensures they are implemented.
Ensures effective handling of Customer Complaints according to the Company Procedure.
Plan, implement, and enhance customer relationships and build up long-term strategic relationships with customers.
Bachelor's degree or above, who major in Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
At least 5 years of solid sales/account management and projects/tenders operation experience.
Familiar with the EMS market, and able to build good relationships and connections with key persons of customers.
Good selling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English (Dutch, German, or any Scandinavian language would be an advantage).
