We are looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication initiatives that enhance Kitron’s brand presence externally and support a connected internal culture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft engaging content and ensure a consistent branding across all channels. 

We will be recruiting for this position with a temporary contract until approximately 2028-02-28 (maternity cover).

Job Description:

• Develop and proofread internal and external communications.
• Create compelling content for marketing (brochures, datasheets, blog articles, employer branding assets, etc.). 
• Manage and grow Kitron’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta). 
• Monitor engagement and optimise content for audience reach and impact.
• Ensure consistent application of Kitron’s brand identity across all communication channels.
  
• Support global marketing initiatives and contribute to project management activities.
  
• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven with a practical approach to challenges.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across functions.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and information efficiently.
