Kitron is looking for a proactive and technically grounded Corporate Services Manager to join our team. This is a dual-role position with both local operational and corporate strategic responsibilities.
Job Description:
Local Role – Factory IT Leadership
As the key IT resource at the Kitron Lithuania site, you will:
Lead and develop the local IT team, ensuring competence and capacity to operate and break-fix the IT infrastructure in the factory
Ensure high availability and resilience of factory IT systems to support uninterrupted production 24/7
Maintain cybersecurity standards (CMMC, ISO 27001) and ensure compliance with local, global, and customer requirements
Collaborate with the local management team on IT priorities, budget planning, cyber security exercises, and business continuity
Adhere to Kitron’s hardware/software standards and maintenance programs
Corporate Role – Global IT Services & Modernization
As part of the corporate IT function, you will:
Manage outsourced IT service providers, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with Kitron’s strategic goals
Contribute to global IT modernization initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and service optimization
Collaborate with international teams and external partners to drive innovation and efficiency across Kitron’s IT landscape
Reporting Lines
Functionally reports to: Corporate IT Manager
Locally reports to: Finance Manager at the Kitron Lithuania site
Requirements:
Solid technical foundation and problem-solving mindset
Proven leadership experience in IT operations
Ability to operate both tactically and strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Full professional proficiency in English
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Veeam, HPE StoreOnce, Microsoft Intune, and ITIL® 4 is a plus
Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance processes from an IT perspective (considered as an added advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
