As we strengthen our global sourcing capabilities, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on PCB Commodity Manager for Europe & the US to lead our regional strategy and supplier base. This is a high-impact role for a technically competent sourcing leader who knows the European PCB supplier landscape, thrives in negotiations, and brings a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will be the key driver of the PCB sourcing strategy in Europe & the US, and will work closely with our PCB Commodity Manager in Asia to ensure global alignment and performance.

Job Description:

• Lead the PCB sourcing strategy and supplier base development across Europe and potentially in the US.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Europe & US PCB suppliers to meet Kitron’s quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Own commercial negotiations and long-term agreements with key regional suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and quoting teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Drive cost optimization through value engineering, cost breakdown analysis, and supplier collaboration.
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities in the European PCB supply chain.
• Support supplier audits, quality assessments, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Act as the European counterpart to the PCB Commodity Manager in Asia, ensuring global coordination and best practice sharing.
• Uphold Kitron’s Code of Conduct and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PCB sourcing, preferably within EMS or OEM environments.
• Deep knowledge of PCB technologies, materials, stack-ups, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong network and understanding of the European PCB supplier landscape.
• Proven track record in supplier scouting, development, and performance management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and pricing strategies.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to dive into technical and commercial details.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP) and strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
