We are looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns and activities to strengthen brand presence and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft engaging content and ensure a consistent branding across all channels. 

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support everyday activities, brand awareness and branding campaigns, while independently managing regular tasks.

• Plan and execute exhibitions and events, ensuring flawless delivery and impactful presence.

• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of promotional materials to support marketing initiatives and events.

• Conduct research to analyse potential new customers and competitors, gather relevant insights, and maintain comprehensive databases.

Requirements:

• Education in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.

• Proven experience in Marketing and Communication.

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, as well as broader design skills, would be considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of information requests efficiently.

• Excellent English and Lithuanian skills, both written and spoken.

• Result-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

• Excellent teamwork skills to support colleagues and collaborate effectively.
