Kitron is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team at the Kitron ASA Kaunas office.
You will support a community of around 60 employees working in various global roles across the Kitron Group. This role combines hands on HR operations with coordination of HR projects and processes. You will contribute to implement HR initiatives, support managers and employees on HR‑related topics, and ensure delivery of daily HR operations.

Job description:
Coordinate and support key HR initiatives such as performance and development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Ensure smooth communication and follow‑up with managers and employees on HR‑related topics.
Manage recruitment processes from job description to job offer, working closely with hiring managers and external partners; contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of hiring practices.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and day‑to‑day questions.
Maintain HR records, internal databases, and employee documentation; administer vacations and business trips.
Oversee office needs such as supplies, access control, internal communication, and coordination of office events.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the HR field.
A university degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields is an advantage.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal).
Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
Service‑oriented mindset, proactiveness, and genuine interest in HR.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, build relationships, and drive initiatives independently.
Experience with document management systems, such as BSS DVS, is an advantage.

Salary for this position is from 2900 EUR gross (before taxes) to 3500 EUR gross, depending on the level of experience and competence of the candidate.
