As we strengthen our global sourcing capabilities, we are seeking a technically competent PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Commodity Expert for Europe to lead our regional strategy and supplier base. This is a high-impact role for a sourcing leader who knows the European PCB supplier landscape, thrives in negotiations, and brings a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will be the key driver of the PCB sourcing strategy in Europe, and will work closely with our PCB Commodity Manager in Asia to ensure global alignment and performance.

Job Description:

• Implement the PCB sourcing strategy and supplier base development across Europe and potentially in the US.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new European PCB suppliers to meet Kitron’s quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Work on commercial negotiations, quoting activities, and long-term agreements with key regional suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams at Kitron's manufacturing locations to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Drive cost optimization, cost breakdown analysis, and negotiation with suppliers.
• Monitor PCB market trends, risks, and opportunities in the European market.
• Support supplier audits, quality assessments, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Act as the European counterpart to the PCB Commodity Manager in Asia, ensuring global coordination and best practice sharing.
• Uphold Kitron’s Code of Conduct and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) sourcing, preferably within EMS or OEM environments.
• Deep knowledge of PCB technologies, materials, stack-ups, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong network and understanding of the European PCB supplier landscape.
• Proven track record in supplier scouting, development, and performance management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and pricing strategies.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to dive into technical and commercial details.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP) and strong analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
