Kitron is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet sales targets and revenue objectives. We are seeking a strong hunter who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships, and driving commercial growth in competitive technical markets.
Job Description:
Identify and acquire new customers in the Netherlands and Belgium within the EMS/electronics manufacturing sector.
Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across the Benelux region.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Understand customer requirements and develop tailored commercial solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business development efforts.
Track market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities in Benelux.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights.
Adhere to Kitron's procedures, work regulations, and the Kitron Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
Proven track record of B2B sales experience in Benelux in EMS, electronics, or other technical industry.
Excellent English skills (corporate language).
Dutch or German language proficiency is a significant advantage; preferably both.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex customer requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
